Hope you like them!

I’ve had a few photos I wanted to share with you for some time now, but never really got round to using them, which is a shame since they’re really nice (well, I think…). The problem is that they would best serve an article about school feeding, but I’ve already told you about that, and to be honest, I haven’t discovered much more to tell you about concerning it…

So I guess I’ll just show you the pictures and tell you what I was doing there at the time!

This first picture was taken during a field trip to the sector of Ngoma I f I remember correctly. The school we visited there isn’t part of those I work on, but we visited it anyway because it was such a good example. What that school had that others don’t is an ample supply of land to cultivate. And on this picture you can see some of its harvest, along with a boy who happened to be there at the time, following us around and helping with the tomatoes.

This second picture was taken in a school we visited, visit during which we had the chance to go inside a classroom and see how things were going on. It was really nice, and the main difference I noticed with the western schools is that the children really looked eager to learn things.

I’ve got more photos to share with you, but I have to keep some for later; I haven’t forgotten about the piggy, it will come shortly, and I’m working on more pictures of Kigali. But now it’s your turn to help me a bit, what would you like to hear me (or read me) talking about? Just leave a comment and I’ll try and tell you about what you want!
